Before You Apply

Step One: Attend an Information Session

We recommend students interested in the Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics & Information Management (HIHIM) program attend an information session. Visit the Information Session page to sign up for a session.

Step Two: Submit Your Unofficial Transcript(s) for Review

If you have completed courses for transfer since you were enrolled at the UW, we recommend you have an adviser review your unofficial transcripts so you know which requirements you've completed prior to applying to the program. Email hihim@uw.edu a PDF of your unofficial transcript from all institutions you've attended in the past with “Transcript Review” as the subject. An adviser will review your credits and respond with a preliminary evaluation.
